The strategic activity of RADIOAUTOMATIC LTD is to achieve and maintain a leading position in the supply of electronic components for domestic and foreign special-purpose production.
The main goal of «RADIOAUTOMATIC» LTD in the field of quality is to supply competitive products that meet the requirements and expectations of consumers, ensure a stable financial situation and the prospective development of the enterprise.
A means of achieving this goal is a quality management system that meets the requirements of GOST RV-0015-002 and the additional requirements established in ES RD 009, ES RD 010.
Achieving this goal is achieved by solving the following tasks:
- systematic analysis of current and future requirements and expectations of consumers with the expansion of the range of products supplied, an objective assessment of customer satisfaction with products supplied by RADIOAUTOMATIC LTD; fulfillment of customer requirements and reduction of risk for the customer when fulfilling a defense order;
- systematic work with suppliers to improve the quality of supplies;
- systematic training of personnel in the field of quality, attracting each employee to participate in improving the quality management system, motivating personnel to promote awareness and involvement in the process of continuous improvement.
The management of RADIOAUTOMATIC LTD undertakes:
- create and maintain an internal environment for the involvement of personnel in solving the problems of the organization;
- allocate and effectively use the necessary resources to solve the tasks;
- distribute responsibility and authority, support cross-functional interaction of units;
- ensure compliance of the quality management system with the requirements of GOST RV-0015-002 and the additional requirements established in ES RD 009, ES RD 010 and constantly improve the effectiveness of the quality management system with continuous improvement in accordance with the requirements of GOST RV-0015-002.
